Price list for Vital-Hotel Rainer in Ultental

General information about our hotel rooms:

• Prices are per person per day, including indulgent half board and UltentalCard, for stays of at least three nights.
• Listed prices do not include a local tourism tax of 3.60 euro per person (ages 14 and up) and day.

• If staying less than 3 days, there is a 10% surcharge.
• If staying more than 7 days, there is a little discount.

Children’s rates, if staying with two full-paying adults in the parents’ room:
• under 1,99 years: free
• 2 – 6 years: pay 19,00 Euro
• 6 – 11 years: -50 % discount on the daily rate
• 12 – 14 years: -30 % discount on the daily rate
• 15 – 17 years: -20 % discount on the daily rate
• from 18 years: -10 % discount on the daily rate
In high season (Carneval, Christmas and August) are different child prices.

For an additional charge:
• “Ultner Badl”: Traditional enjoyment in a wooden hot tub. We also use natural essences.
• For dogs/pets, we charge 19 euro per day (food not included).
• Charging possibility for electric cars

Check-in /out:
• Reserved rooms are available on arrival day after 2 p.m. and until 11 a.m. of your departure day.

Accepted payment methods:
• Cash, EC-Card & credit card


Cancellations & Changes:


• From 30 to 15 days prior to arrival: We charge 40% of the total cost of the stay.
• From 15 to 8 days prior to arrival: We charge 60% of the total cost of the stay.
• Fewer than 8 days prior to arrival: We charge 90 % of the total cost of the stay.
• Without prior notice, in the event of a no-show, delayed arrival or premature departure, we will be obliged to charge 100% of the total cost of the stay.
• If there is a cancellation we keep the down payment.
